Individual therapy.
Whether you are navigating an acute crisis or seeking space for deeper exploration of yourself and your relationships, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment in which this work can take place.
My work includes support for a broad range of issues, including:
Grief and loss
Anxiety and depression
Trauma, including developmental and relational trauma
Identity exploration, including gender, sexuality, and cultural identity
Relationship difficulties
Life transitions, such as career changes, aging, retirement
Chronic illness and health-related stress
Divorce and separation
Fertility challenges and adoption
Addiction and recovery
Every session is tailored to your unique experience, needs, and goals. My approach is collaborative, attuned, and rooted in the belief that meaningful change is possible when we feel truly seen and heard.
Couples therapy.
I am trained in Imago Couples Therapy, a therapeutic approach that helps partners uncover the deeper, often unconscious patterns that shape their relationship—many of which stem from early life experiences. The goal of Imago Therapy is to transform conflict into connection by fostering greater emotional awareness, empathy, and the ability to meet each other’s deeper needs.
Whether you’re in a strong partnership and want to grow closer, or you’re facing a painful period of disconnection or crisis, I work with couples at various stages of their relationship. Together, we’ll create a safe space to listen more openly, speak more honestly, and begin to truly understand one another’s emotional needs. My role is to help partners reconnect, heal, and grow together with greater understanding and compassion.
