Grief groups.
I offer in person, process oriented bereavement groups in 12–14 week cycles throughout the year, with themes that shift on a quarterly basis. These groups require a commitment to the entire cycle, as they are not a drop-in format. If you don’t see a group that fits your specific needs right now, there’s a good chance one will be available in the near future.
If you have experienced a loss and are interested in joining a group to help process your grief, please reach out through my contact form.

My work with grief.
Earlier in my career, I worked in settings where grief was a central focus — first in the field of HIV/AIDS, and later with the FDNY following 9/11.
At the same time, in my private practice, I facilitated general bereavement groups that brought together individuals coping with a wide range of losses. Over time, I transitioned to a more targeted approach, offering groups tailored to specific types of loss — such as sibling loss, partner loss, or the loss of a parent in adulthood. When needed, I further refine these groups to address more nuanced experiences, such as sibling loss by suicide.
