Consulting.

The death of a team member can significantly impact the workplace, both emotionally and operationally. I have extensive experience designing and facilitating customized bereavement support for companies, helping teams navigate loss and begin to heal as a community.

Earlier in my career, through my training and experience with the FDNY, I became actively involved in developing and implementing behavioral health programs for first responders both nationally and internationally, particularly in the aftermath of line-of-duty deaths and other traumatic events.

I have provided consultation, training, and clinical services to first responders and their families, addressing a range of critical topics including suicide prevention, grief, trauma, stress management, and substance abuse. This background laid the foundation for my work with organizations navigating the loss of a colleague, where I now provide tailored clinical support.
